Senior Architectural Systems SF52 Curtain Wall Fully Capped 52mm. Senior’s most flexible aluminium curtain wall system, with consistent slim 52mm sightlines and enhanced thermal performance to exceed current building regulations, SF52 is an elegant solution for both ground floor and high-rise projects. All configurations have excellent weather performance, being fully CWCT and EN13830 weather tested and are 100% recyclable with a life expectancy of 40+ years.
Senior Architectural Systems SPW600 thermally broken casement windows, which exceed current building regulations and BFRC energy rating (British Fenestration Rating Council). All casement opening out with standard friction stay hinges, Espagnolette Locking hardware in silver - apart from the high reach windows which were fitted with manually operated Teleflex window winding gear colour matched to RAL9011M (Graphite Black Matt). Weather rating tested to BS 6375-1:2009 achieving 600Pa air permeability, 600Pa water tightness and 2400Pa wind resistance. SPW600 when used on projects involved in a BREEAM assessment, or within the Code for a Sustainable Built Environment and the Code for Sustainable Homes (which therefore involves the Green Guide to specification) can offer significant benefits.

Two types of glass were used throughout this project. Main Glazing; 28mm - 6mm clear toughened glass, 16mm Argon-filled cavity with black aluminium spacer, 6mm toughened SKN176 II solar-control glass. Ceramic Glazing; 28mm - 6mm clear toughened glass, 16mm Argon-filled cavity with black aluminium spacer, 6mm toughened plain ceramic painted glass (RAL 7011 Iron Grey), with 60mm insulation to the rear of the painted glass.
Senior Architectural Systems is fully compliant with BS EN ISO19001, BS EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards. All Senior aluminium sections are extruded using Aluminium Alloy 6060 or 6063 T6 to BS EN 755 part 9 2008. Polyamide thermal barriers are manufactured in accordance with PA66 GF25. Gaskets are manufactured in accordance with BS3734.
