• Senior Architectural Systems PURe® Windows. This range of aluminium windows uses an innovative enhanced thermal barrier manufactured from expanded polyurethane (PUR) allowing ultra-low U-values to be achieved. The PURe range has a Green Guide rating of ‘A’ for use in commercial projects, and has been designed to meet Passivhaus standards. As well as being incredibly energy efficient, this range of windows have a life expectancy in excess of 40 years and are fully recyclable at the end of their use.
• We installed this project with Restricted Friction stays - Multipoint locking Brushed Silver locking handle - Acoustic Trickle vents through head of sash colour matched in RAL7016M - 190mm Subcill. This high performance polyurethane thermal barrier giving U-Values as low as 0.73W/m2K when calculated as a commercial CEN Standard window is tested to: BS6375 Part 1 Weather; BS6375 Part 2 Operation & Strength; BS6375 Part 3 Annex A, exceed current Building Regulations and can take anything from double or triple glazing up to 50mm for maximum thermal and acoustic performance.
• Senior Architectural Systems PURe® Single Track Inline Slide. This product is the same product as the window above but as a sliding door and installed here as Juliet balconies. All doors are available pre-finished in an almost unlimited range of colours and finishes both inside and out, in heights up to 3m and are easy to fabricate, install and adjust.
• This ground-breaking patent pending use of PUR as a thermal barrier means that PURe® doors exceed current and will meet future Building Regulations. In fact, PURe® aluminium doors can give U-values as low as 0.93 W/m2K, when calculated as a commercial CEN standard door. Easy to manufacture using existing tooling, the PURe® door range is the new, simple way to achieve unbeatable thermal performance with infinite design options. PURe® provides a simple and cost effective way to future-proof your building. The doors can also be offered as an inline slide, and lift & slide configurations are also available as a slimline version (PURe® SLIDE SL) with a 50mm interlock sightline for uninterrupted views, whilst the heavy-duty Lift & Slide option allows leaf weights up to 300Kg.
• Senior Architectural Systems SPW501 Commercial Door. is a thermally broken polyamide aluminium framing system. It is designed to provide a high performance commercial door and framing solution capable of being manufactured in single, double and emergency door types. We manufactured these doors with low mobility non-rebated thresholds and anti-finger trap hinge stiles, to ensure accessible entrances to the building.
